About the venue
BOUNCE Essendon Fields is a massive indoor adventure playground in Melbourne, packed with adrenaline for all ages.
With more than 50 interconnected trampolines, the Big Bag, Super Tramp, and Dodgeball courts—it’s made for big air and bigger fun. Take the leap on our three-tiered Cliff Jump, or test your ninja skills on the famous X-Run obstacle course.
Taste the rush of extreme sports and freestyle gymnastics without the hard landing. Whether you're practicing aerial tricks or just getting an epic workout while you warp the laws of gravity, it’ll be pure awesomeness every time.

Tram 59 from Elizabeth Street in the centre of Melbourne’s CBD stops at Earl St/Matthews Ave (stop 56) – short walk from Matthews Ave. Visit http://ptv.vic.gov.au/ to plan your journey.
Cafe
The onsite Cafe is here for all of your thirst and hunger needs. Note that due to OH&S, we can’t allow self catering.
Disabled & Pram Access
Ramp access via main entry. For lift access to check in, please enter building at right main entry way.
Car Parking
Free car parking is available across the street on Vaughan St, a 2 minute walk to the venue.
Air-Conditioning
Venue has large fans on the floor area. Party & function rooms are air-conditioned.
X-Run
Don’t forget that if you want to test your ninja skills in X-Run you’ll need to be at least 110cm in height.

- Booking online in advance is recommended as sessions sell out
- BOUNCE grip socks are required at all times while on the trampolines
- There are no age restrictions, but in order to ensure the safety of our bouncers, miniBOUNCERS must be able to walk unassisted and must be under 110cms
- Session = 1 hour
- NOTE: On-site & street parking is limited
- Flat soled shoes must be worn at all times in the X-PARK
