About the venue
BOUNCE Homebush is a massive indoor adventure playground in Sydney, packed with adrenaline for all ages.
With more than 50 interconnected trampolines, the Big Bag, Basketball, and Dodgeball courts—it’s made for big air and bigger fun. Take the leap on our three-tiered Cliff Jump, or test your ninja skills on the famous X-Park obstacle course.
Taste the rush of extreme sports and freestyle gymnastics without the hard landing. Whether you're practicing aerial tricks or just getting an epic workout while you warp the laws of gravity, it’ll be pure awesomeness every time.

Refuel at the BOUNCE Café. The Café has a wide variety of snacks, meals, coffee and drinks.
Disabled & Pram Access
Both levels are available via lift.
Car Parking
Please enter the Homebush Logistics Centre via the Welfare Street Entrance. For weekdays, BOUNCE has allocated parking out the front of the venue (please review signage), otherwise during weekends you can park anywhere out the front of the building. Additional parking is available on the side of the venue.
Air-Conditioning
The venue has 4 large roof fans to circulate cool air in hotter weather. Party rooms have air-conditioning.
X-Park
Don’t forget that if you want to test your ninja skills in X-Park, use our Wall Climb or X-Run you’ll need to be at least 110cm in height and wear lace-up, flat-soled and closed toe sports/skate shoes.
X-Run
Experience the first-of-it’s-kind elevated X-Run which sits atop our X-Park.

- Booking online in advance is recommended as sessions sell out
- BOUNCE grip socks are required at all times while on the trampolines
- There are no age restrictions, but in order to ensure the safety of our bouncers, miniBOUNCERS must be able to walk unassisted and must be under 110cms
- Session = 1 hour
- We recommend arriving 15min early to your booking to allow time for check-in.
- Flat soled shoes must be worn at all times in the X-PARK and Wall Climb
